15 Women Graduate from OTS

Fifteen women graduated from the Off the Streets program on Friday, June 14th. Judge Heather Russell and Vice-Mayor Roxanne Qualls addressed the graduates, and Angela Grover created a tribute video to the graduates based on the song, "Back from the Dead." Hearing Machine Makes Screening More Efficient
